Arriving for Your Appointment To fully enjoy your facial, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may require rescheduling to ensure your experience is uninterrupted and indulgent. Cancellations & No-Shows We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $100 fee. This ensures our providers can dedicate their full attention and care to each client. Refunds All facial treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable. By booking your facial, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
