Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy Simply Beautiful offers premium consultations, professional treatments, and carefully curated products. All purchases—including consultations, prepaid services, promotions, and gift cards—are nonrefundable. By proceeding with a consultation, clients acknowledge and accept this policy. While our providers strive to deliver expert guidance and recommendations, outcomes and suggested treatment plans may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional services or treatments recommended are the responsibility of the client. Appointment Policy Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure a focused and personalized experience. To receive the full benefit of your consultation, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled, and deposits will be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect the time and expertise of our providers, Simply Beautiful maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. Consultations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, will result in a forfeited deposit and/or the following charge: Consultations: $45 By scheduling a consultation with Simply Beautiful, clients confirm their understanding and agreement with these policies.
