Arriving for Your Appointment To fully enjoy your treatment and its benefits, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure your experience is uninterrupted. Cancellations & Missed Appointments We understand that life happens. To allow us to provide the highest level of care to every client, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $175 fee. Our Service & Product Policy All services, treatments, and products—including prepaid sessions, promotions, and gift cards—are non-refundable. By booking, you agree to these terms, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
