Refund Policy At Simply Beautiful, we are committed to delivering personalized skincare experiences that leave you radiant and rejuvenated. All services, treatments, and products—including prepaid services, promotions, and gift cards—are nonrefundable. By scheduling and receiving treatment, clients acknowledge and accept this policy. Your Results, Your Glow Every client’s skin is unique. While our expert team customizes treatments to your individual needs, aesthetic outcomes may vary, and results cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be recommended to achieve your desired results. Appointment Policy Appointments are reserved exclusively for you to ensure a focused and luxurious experience. To receive the full benefit of your treatment, please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled, and service deposits may be forfeited. Cancellation & No-Show Policy To honor our team’s time and maintain the highest standard of care, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will incur the following fee: $75 By booking with Simply Beautiful, clients confirm their understanding and agreement with these policies.
