Cancellation Policy

At Simply Beautiful! A Skin Care Studio, all services, treatments, packages, promotions, gift cards, and products are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards must be purchased prior to the day of service and may not be purchased on the same day for immediate use toward a scheduled appointment. This policy ensures fairness and prevents circumvention of established cancellation and payment policies. By consenting to treatment, clients acknowledge and accept these terms. Aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person based on individual skin condition, lifestyle, and biological response. While we strive to achieve optimal results, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments required to achieve or maintain desired results are the responsibility of the client. Appointment & Late Policy We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure the highest quality care and full treatment time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule, and the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation. Applicable cancellation fees or deposit forfeiture will apply. Late arrivals compromise treatment quality and disrupt scheduled care for other clients. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our providers’ time. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We respectfully require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 75% of the remaining service balance or result in forfeiture of the deposit, whichever applies. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain the highest level of service. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining service balance. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to booking future appointments. Agreement to Policies By scheduling an appointment with Simply Beautiful!
