Cancellation Policy

At Simply Beautiful! A Skin Care Studio, our facials are designed to nourish, rejuvenate, and enhance your skin’s natural radiance. Each treatment is customized to your individual skin needs, ensuring a relaxing, transformative, and indulgent experience. Your Personalized Results Every client’s skin is unique. Our expert team tailors each facial to address your specific concerns and goals, helping you achieve a healthy, glowing complexion. Additional treatments may be recommended to maintain or enhance results, and the responsibility for these sessions lies with the client. Arriving for Your Appointment To fully enjoy your facial experience, please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may incur a $15 late fee. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling, and applicable fees or deposit forfeiture may apply. This ensures uninterrupted care and that every client receives the attention they deserve. Cancellations & No-Shows We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $100 fee. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before booking future appointments. This policy allows our providers to dedicate their full expertise and attention to every client. Refund Policy All facial treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable. By booking your facial, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
