Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy Simply Beautiful offers advanced treatments, premium services, and curated skincare products. All purchases—including chemical peels, prepaid services, promotions, and gift cards—are nonrefundable. By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge and accept this policy. While our providers strive to achieve optimal results, aesthetic outcomes vary among individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments required to reach desired results remain the responsibility of the client. Appointment Policy Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure a personalized and focused experience. To receive the full benefit of your treatment, we kindly request that you arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled, and deposits will be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellation & No-Show Policy To honor the time and expertise of our providers, Simply Beautiful maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, will result in a forfeited deposit and/or the following charge: Chemical Peels: $60 By scheduling a chemical peel with Simply Beautiful, clients confirm their understanding and agreement with these policies.
