Late arrivals may require rescheduling to ensure you receive the full attention and guidance you deserve. Cancellations & No-Shows We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $75 fee. This ensures our providers can dedicate their time and expertise to every client. Refunds All consultations are non-refundable. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
