Cancellation Policy

At Simply Beautiful! A Skin Care Studio, our neurotoxin treatments—including Botox and Dysport—are designed to refresh, rejuvenate, and enhance your natural beauty. Each session is carefully tailored with precision to help you look and feel your absolute best. Your Personalized Results Every client responds differently to neurotoxin treatments. Our skilled team customizes each session to achieve a refined, natural look, and follow-up treatments may be recommended to maintain or optimize results. Additional sessions are the responsibility of the client. Arriving for Your Appointment To fully enjoy your treatment, please arrive on time: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling. Timely arrival ensures your session is uninterrupted and precise, and allows providers to give full attention to every client. Cancellations & Missed Appointments We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $175 fee. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before scheduling future appointments. This policy allows our providers to dedicate their expertise and attention to every client. Service & Product Policy All neurotoxin services, treatments, packages, and products—including prepaid sessions, promotions, and gift cards—are non-refundable. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
