Refund Policy Simply Beautiful provides advanced aesthetic services, professional treatments, and curated products with the highest level of care. All purchases—including services, packages, promotions, and gift cards—are nonrefundable. By consenting to treatment, clients acknowledge and accept these terms. Aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person, and while our team strives to achieve the most desirable results, no outcome can be guaranteed. Additional treatments required to reach individual goals remain the financial responsibility of the client. Appointment Policy Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure the highest level of personalized care. To receive the full benefit of your treatment, we ask that you arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled, and deposits will be forfeited in accordance with the cancellation policy. Cancellation & No-Show Policy In consideration of our providers’ time and the needs of all clients, Simply Beautiful maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or appointments that are missed without notice, will result in a forfeited deposit and/or the following charge: Laser Treatments: $100 By booking an appointment, clients confirm their understanding and agreement with these policies.
