Cancellation Policy

At Simply Beautiful! A Skin Care Studio, our laser treatments are designed to reveal radiant, refined, and rejuvenated skin. Each session is carefully customized to your individual needs for safe, effective, and indulgent results. Your Personalized Results Each client’s skin responds differently to laser treatments. Our expert team tailors every session to maximize results, and multiple treatments may be recommended for optimal outcomes. Additional sessions are the responsibility of the client. Arriving for Your Appointment To fully enjoy your treatment, please arrive on time: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may incur a $15 late fee. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling, with applicable cancellation fees or deposit forfeiture applied. Timely arrival ensures safety, comfort, and the full attention of our providers. Cancellations & No-Shows We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $150 fee. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before scheduling future appointments. This policy allows our providers to dedicate their full expertise and attention to every client. Refund Policy All laser treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable. By booking your laser appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
