Cancellations & No-Shows We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $400 fee. This allows our providers to dedicate their full expertise and time to each client. Refunds All Ultherapy treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable.
