Arriving for Your Appointment To enjoy the full benefits of your treatment, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may require rescheduling to maintain the quality and comfort of your experience. Cancellations & No-Shows We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $150 fee. This ensures our providers can dedicate their full attention and expertise to every client. Refunds All treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable. By booking a laser appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
