Cancellation Policy

At Simply Beautiful! A Skin Care Studio, Fraxel treatments are designed to resurface, rejuvenate, and restore your skin, revealing a smoother, more radiant complexion. Each session is customized to your unique skin needs for safe, effective, and transformative results. Your Personalized Results Every client’s skin responds differently. Our expert team tailors each session to maximize results, and multiple treatments may be recommended to achieve your optimal outcome. Additional sessions are the responsibility of the client. Arriving for Your Appointment To ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment, please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may incur a $15 late fee. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling, and applicable cancellation fees or deposit forfeiture may apply. This ensures safety, quality, and that each client receives the attention they deserve. Cancellations & No-Shows We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $250 fee. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before scheduling future appointments. This policy allows our providers to dedicate their full expertise and time to every client. Refund Policy All Fraxel treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable. By booking your Fraxel session, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
