Arriving for Your Appointment To ensure the full benefits of your treatment, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may require rescheduling to maintain the quality and care of your experience. Cancellations & No-Shows We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $250 fee. This allows our providers to dedicate their full expertise and time to every client. Refunds All Fraxel treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable. By booking your Fraxel session, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
