Refund Policy Simply Beautiful provides advanced treatments, premium services, and curated products with the highest standard of care. All purchases—including Ultherapy treatments, prepaid services, promotions, and gift cards—are nonrefundable. By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge and accept this policy. While our providers aim to achieve optimal results, aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments required to reach desired results remain the responsibility of the client. Appointment Policy Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure a focused and personalized experience. To receive the full benefit of your treatment, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled, and deposits will be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellation & No-Show Policy To honor the time and expertise of our providers, Simply Beautiful maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, will result in a forfeited deposit and/or the following charge: Ultherapy: $250 By scheduling an Ultherapy appointment with Simply Beautiful, clients confirm their understanding and agreement with these policies.
