Arriving for Your Appointment To ensure the best experience and results, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may require rescheduling to maintain the quality and attention your treatment deserves. Cancellations & No-Shows We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $400 fee. This allows our providers to dedicate their full expertise and time to each client. Refunds All Ultherapy treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable. By booking your Ultherapy session, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
