At Simply Beautiful! A Skin Care Studio, Ultherapy is designed to lift, tighten, and rejuvenate your skin, delivering non-surgical, long-lasting results. Each treatment is customized to your individual goals, providing a transformative and indulgent experience. Your Personalized Results Every client responds differently to Ultherapy. Our expert team tailors each session to maximize results, and follow-up treatments may be recommended for optimal outcomes. Any additional treatments are the responsibility of the client. Arriving for Your Appointment To ensure the highest quality care and results, please arrive on time: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may incur a $15 late fee. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling, with applicable cancellation fees or deposit forfeiture applied. Timely arrival ensures safety, precision, and the full attention of our providers. Cancellations & No-Shows We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $400 fee. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before future appointments can be booked. This policy ensures our providers can dedicate their full expertise and time to every client. Refund Policy All Ultherapy treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable. By booking your Ultherapy session, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
